As our products are handmade with care love and patience, please review our refund and return policy.
To request a return or refund, please contact us at: mscecescreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.
If you are due a refund, once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
We take great care in packing and shipping our handmade products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately.
There are no refunds on ebook purchases. If you did not receive the link, please contact us and we will send it again.
