Laundry Detergent Recall

On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, I found myself in one of my favorite places...Dollar General, don't judge me, lol. As I was perusing down the aisles, I came across a few empty shelves and this photo


If you follow me on Instagram (@mscecescreations) then you know I talked about this recall on Chemical Chat and promised to post all of the details right here on my blog! Buuuttt if you don't follow me on Instagram (I don't know why not) then you might be unaware of the latest recall by Procter & Gamble. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, "This recall involves certain lot codes of Tide Pods, Gain Flings, Ace Pods, and Ariel Pods liquid laundry detergent packets packaged in flexible film bags that were manufactured between September 2023 and February 2024. Recalled products range from bags with 12 to 39 laundry detergent packets." 

In a nutshell, there was a recall on 4 products: Tide, Gain, Ariel and Ace liquid laundry detergent pods for packaging issues. You can read the whole article by clicking the button below.
