When it comes to skin care products, you will find that a lot of people are very particular about using only natural skin care products. They treat all the synthetic products as harmful to the skin. This is not always the case, yeah I said it. There are some natural products that just won't work for some people and then there are some that will and the same can be said about synthetic products. In addition to what actually works, the ingredients are key but let's face it, most will use synthetic products if they work for THEM. At the end of the day you have to do what works for YOU.
If you are looking to use less synthetic products and want to go the natural skin care route then here are 3 things you should consider:
1. Your skin type. Is it dry, oily, normal, combination or sensitive? All natural products are not made for all skin types. Explore and do your research before just trying anything out here and this includes DIY skin care recipes as well.
2. The climatic conditions in which it will be used e.g. hot and humid condition would warranty the use of oil-free natural skin care products. You may find that some products work better in the summer than they do in the winter. Your skin may need extra care during winter months. Climate should play a part in your skincare selection.
3. The process for application/use of the natural skin care product. A good natural skin care product (in fact any product) can seem useless if not used in the proper way. READ THE DIRECTIONS. Many products will tell you exactly how to use them to get the most out of their product.
I hope these 3 things help you get started on your journey to finding good natural skin care products that work for you. If you are looking for more resources on natural skin care check this out
