Let's look at 5 common essential oils that have multiple uses. Please note that you should use the food grade quality of essential oils for oral care or ingestion and always use a carrier oil when applying essential oils to your skin.
Peppermint essential oil can be used as a natural muscle relaxant, overall pain relief, skin care and oral care (such as in DIY toothpaste).
Lemon essential oil can be used in aromatherapy, DIY cleaning recipes and skin care
